“ 是洗臉後先不把臉上的水份擦乾， 趁鼻子濕濕的趕快將妙鼻貼貼上， 之後等它全乾...大約是10分鐘， 撕的時候有點刺痛，很拉扯皮膚， 鼻翼的粉刺比較多，鼻頭只有少數幾顆... 但已經比我預想的效果還不錯了， 我再使用毛孔緊緻精華來收斂 ”

Biore Pore Pack 毛孔清潔鼻貼，是我用過最好用的黑頭鼻貼，價錢又平，一盒有10塊，我會一星期用一次，要先用水弄濕鼻子然後貼上。

黑頭問題很困擾，很難清除，而Biore 清潔鼻貼效果十分明顯，撕下來時可看到很多點點，清除很多黑頭，用後我會即時塗上保濕乳液保護毛孔。

有時弄太濕會失去效果,黏不到太多粉刺,而且撕出來的時候會很乾和拉扯皮膚.個人比較喜歡Dewytree的"Black Head Out Nose Patch 濟洲火山泥黑頭BYE~清潔鼻貼".
