it has a creamy while light texture, it spreads and absorbs quickly, first appearing as a regular skin care cream. However, I can't say it acts like a skin care to be used on its own and I could hardly use it as a foundation base. It seems to absorb well, yet you can feel a slight film formed on the which delivers a light gloss on the skin. The product doesn't feel good on my skin in terms of comforting or soothing it.
