I tried this at the counter when a beauty advisor applied the full makeup on me.

The colour can stay for a long time and it seems nothing came off from the eyelids. I don't know if you can call it moisturizing but it clings to the eyelids with having any of it forming 'folds' on the eyelids. Paul & Joe's eye shadow is way more expensive. I believe this is a good product and reasonably-priced.
