i usally dab it on the acne spot after doing facial to avoid inflammation. I've almost finished the bottle, but i don't think i will buy it again. A note to add, don't dab it close to your mouth area (or other delicate are) i believe the lotion is too strong, and it kinda burnt the skin on that spot.
