This stuff smells really good- I love the scent, I tend to enjoy scents such as essential oils, but I hate most perfumes and florals . I use it in the morning, as a first step after cleansing, and it is refreshing and nice to use. I look forward to using it! However, I am not sure that beyond that there are any added benefits, and when my bottle runs out I will probably not repurchase because it doesn't serve enough of a purpose
