I have combination skin with some whiteheads on my forehead and occasion breakouts.
When my forehead have whiteheads, I use it as a cleanser for several days: mix it with warm water and foam it up, clean and rinse. (It cleans up blackheads pretty well too!)
Otherwises, I use it as a treatment: for T-zone/pimples I would leave a thin layer on for a few minutes and slightly massage it and rinse it off. Next day the pimples would be almost gone. I can't live without this especially when I have period.
