According to the BA instruction, use the cream to remove make up for two times, wipe off with tissue & then wash face. However, I found that the make up cannot totally removed, some colour still maintain on the tissue, eye makeup and mascara cannot be removed. In addition, the cream itself tends to be acidic, if you do not tissue off and just immediately wash your face and if accidentally the water comes into your eye, you will feel very "la", the eye will immediately turns red and tears comes out. It's suitable for remove face make up only. Texture is very rich, not suitable for normal skin & hot weather.
