kikilala, i totally agree with u. they are soooo hard-sell. sometimes, after facial treatment, they will make us buy more packages or products, and won't let us leave the shop. once, my mother actually asked them "does this mean if i dun buy things, u will not let me leave !?" and the sales said "no gei...". i didn't finish the facial package there, cos i didn't want to go there again.
