It came as a free gift when I purchased the loose powder in sogo.

I wouldn't have bought this with my own money because I'm not a big fan of the brush. (I just feel that it's not too hygienic)
It might be convenient for some days (late for work/date, etc.) but for normal use I'd prefer it in a normal bottle and apply with my own brush.

For texture, it's "lighter" than its normal foundation - also less coverage. Perfect for a casual day out. So the foundation liquid itself is not bad. Worth to try it out if you're ok with design :)
