I have very dry and damage hair from excessive color and heat damage. This mask gives a quick intense moisture, it's really condense so you need a tiny of it for you whole hair. My hair feels softer after but i don't think it's strong enough to treat my super dry hair. One jar will probably last 6-9 months using once a week.
