it can lengthen and thicken my lashes
but it cannot really keep the lashes curl (at least not for me)
the effect of this base on my lashes is not so obvious
i use it with HR Feather light and my lashes look similar with or without this base
i'm not saying that this base is useless but i think it works better with mascara with less dramatic effect.
