sigh... oily skin really cant use it... shu - eye liner pencil:- lots of colors for choosing- not the easiest one to handle- easy to make u become a pandadior - eye liner pencil- less colors for choosing- the most easiest to handle- but also, u will b a panda with it though it says water proofsis, u can try benefit creaseless eye product, it wont melt..
