It's quite comfy after uaing on my face. I have sensative skin and this neutrogena product makes me feeling refresh and clean.

I agree it maight not good for removing make up as it's just a cleanser for daily use. I use make up remover (usually oil, and sometimes water), then use this product for finally step.
