it appears to be rather greasy, but actually it is quite well-absorbed on the lower eye area.
But the thing is that, it is not moisturising enough for me. It performs okay on my upper eye lids but it is completely useless on my lower eye area. The foundation can't adhere to th eye area well and there are a lot of fine lines.
