Very high protection duirng hot and "chilly" sunshine. I wore it everyday during my trip to Russia, everyday "burn" from 9am to 9pm. I got little darkness comparing with my friend, who wore another brand of sunscreen. Highly recommended for outdoor activity under extreme sunshine.
